Agency TEMA in Trebinje was established in 2003. The office is located at 1 Svetosavska, downtown Trebinje. (Located on the main floor in the new building beside the town park).

Services:

We are not just consultants, we also offer you full services; our agency can advice you before, during and after the process is finished.

Basic Information:

Foreign citizens can buy properties in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Any information regarding real estate, you can get through our agency.

Taxes and Commissions:

Tax fee of transfer properties are 3% of the estimated value by the law. Agency commission for trading is negotiated with every client and it depends on the property’s value, which is 1.5% to 3% of negotiated property value. 

Hours of Operations: 

Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. until 2 p.m.

Saturday and Sunday with arrangement we are at your services.
